Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed on our end. During this time, our team ensures that your products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.
To ensure you receive your medication sooner, we offer free express post shipping on all orders via Australia Post.
Following order processing, delivery times may vary based on your location. On average, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. Any delays with your delivery are outside of our control; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia post.
Our Partner Dispensary is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
They do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public holidays.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12am Friday will not be dispatched by Australia Post until the following Monday at 4pm.
Understanding these timelines and procedures ensures a smooth and informed experience when ordering from us. If you have any questions or require further assistance, our friendly customer support team is available from 7am to 12pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
